How to File A Report

Reporting to the University occurs when an individual who has experienced sexual violence pursues a formal process through the Centre for Sexual Violence Response, Support & Education that involves an expectation that action be taken against the respondent.

The Sexual Violence Reporting Form can be completed, and the Centre will provide support throughout this process. If you have questions regarding the complaint/reporting process or need further support around this, please contact the Centre.

Steps:
1. If there are any questions about the complaint process, please feel free to contact/attend the Centre and discuss with support staff the process.
2. The reporting/complaint form can be filled out electronically and submitted. If support is needed prior to filling out this form the complainant can contact the Centre to discuss process and options.
3. The Centre can provide support throughout the reporting process.
4. Refer to the Sexual Violence Policy on the further steps and processes within the complaint process.
